Christin Anna Marie Frahm
Christin Anna Marie Frahm, born July 3, 1991, peacefully flew to heaven on angel’s wings on Nov. 11, 2010.
She had been battling GBM Brain Cancer for the past 3 1/2 years. She was born at Lee Memorial Hospital, attended Pine Island Elementary, Gulf Middle School, and graduated Ida Baker High. Chrissy was attending Edison State College to earn her AS Degree in Early Childhood Education and a BS in Elementary Education.
Chrissy was well known for her community out reach programs. Collecting “tabs” for the Ronald McDonald House, BandAid Brigade, and collecting crazy hats. Chrissy and her Pet Therapy dog, Gabriel visited Health Park weekly.
Services will be held at Pine Island Community Church, located at the back of Doug Taylor Circle, on Saturday, Nov. 20, at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers Chrissy had requested that donations of gift cards, crazy hats and kid-friendly BandAids be dropped off at Pine Island Community Church. These donations will be taken to the Children’s Hospital of SW Florida and Candlelighters. In addition, donations can be made,in honor of Chrissy, to Candlelightersswfl@embarqmail.com or The Make A Wish Foundation.
Chrissy was an inspiration to everyone she met and she will be missed.
