Frank K. Palmer
Frank K. Palmer, 78, of St. James City passed away on Wednesday Sept. 1, 2010. He was a native of Miami and a retired captain with the Miami Fire Dept. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard.
He was preceded in death by a son, Mark Palmer, and daughter, Ginger Palmer.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley; step-children, Cindy (Dave) Axler, and Dennis (Carolyn) Kern; brother, Hank Palmer; two grandchildren, Jason (Jen) Kern and Joel (Naomi) Kern; and one great grandson, Cameron.
