William Terry Dearth

William Terry Dearth, 66, of St. James City, died on March 6, 2010 at his residence. He was born on Jan. 13, 1944 in Middletown, Ohio, a child of Charles Paul and Ruby Mae (Dennis) Dearth Jr.

A resident of St. James City for the past 13 years he previously lived in Miami. Terry grew up in Carlisle, Ohio, and graduated from high school there in 1960, he was employed for many years by Eastern Airlines; his last position with them was as Facilities Manager, acting Safety Director in Miami. He was a member of the VFW, Moose and EARA (Eastern Airlines Retirement Association).

He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Janice Y. Cox (Mallicoat) Dearth, his children, Angela (David) Kline of Crown Point, IN, Terri Lynn (Stephen) Schram of GA and Anthony (Katarina) Dearth of Lake Worth, FL, his stepchildren, Elizabeth (Christopher) Mynhier of Cape Coral and Chad Cox of Boulder, CO, 8 grandchildren, his brother, Charles (Janie) Dearth of Carlisle, OH and Peggy (Bob) Millard of Bradenton, FL.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at 3 p.m. in the First Baptist Church of St. James City, 3417 8th Ave. Flowers or memorial gifts to the American Heart Association, 28441 Bonita Crossings Blvd., Bonita Springs, FL 34135 would be appreciated by the family.
