Ruth Miller, a long-time resident of Flamingo Bay, passed away on April 15, 2009, at an assisted living center in Lake Zurich, Ill.
Ruth and Stan Miller moved to Flamingo Bay in 1970. She worked for the firm that developed Pine Island Cove and was also involved in the development of Flamingo Bay.
They left Pine Island in 2004 after Hurricane Charley devastated their home
