New Cape auto dealership sets grand opening
Pine Island Road is set to add another dealership to the list of available brands of vehicles you can purchase on the booming Cape Coral street.
Sutherlin Nissan is set to host the Grand Opening of its new 43,000-square-foot location on the Pine Island corridor Friday, March 20, with events throughout the day and into the evening.
The $19 million facility will welcome new customers, as well as existing Nissan customers in the area.
“We are extremely excited about the Grand Opening,” said General Manager Adriano Pucci. “We’ve been in the Fort Myers market for over 20 years and are excited to serve our Cape Coral customers with a state of the art facility, great service and a great brand.”
The dealership is owned by Sutherlin Automotive Group, which has five locations in Florida, including Fort Myers.
Their lot is anticipated to hold 600 new vehicles, with another lot for a variety of used cars.
Cape Coral Mayor Joe Coviello and the Nissan executive and Sutherlin teams will be present at 2 p.m. for the official ribbon cutting ceremony.
A celebration is to follow for all residents in the area at 4 p.m. with live music, activities for the kids, hors d’oeuvres, a free sushi bar, fire benders, stilt walkers, face painters, balloon cartoonist and prizes.
“We are going all out for our Grand Opening to thank the city of Cape Coral for even letting us open up a state-of-the-art dealership,” Pucci said. “It will be a great opportunity for all residents to come and see the facilities and enjoy food, entertainment and so on.”
The Cape Coral Friends of Wildlife will also be in attendance where you can stop and learn more about the Burrowing Owl and how you can get involved with the group.
Pucci said prospective customers can expect great quality and service from the staff at Sutherlin Nissan Cape Coral.
“Customers can expect nothing but five star service with our state-of-the-art service department and state-of-the-art-amenities, including a quiet lounge, ultra contemporary amenities, valet service and more.”
If you’re looking for a new ride, Pucci said you can expect to find a deal while shopping at the new dealership.
