1 min read

Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help identifying six young adults who caused more than $600 in damage on the campus of Mariner High School Thursday night.

When administrators arrived to the school at 701 Chiquita Boulevard early Friday they noticed nine door locks had been glued shut, as well as other damage around the school’s campus. A review of surveillance video shows five masked young adults, and one unmasked teen, walking around the school between the hours of 11:35 p.m. on Thursday, May 26, and 1 a.m. this morning. All areas of the school’s compound were locked at the time the suspects broke in.

Anyone with information on the identities and whereabouts of the suspects is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477). All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
