Phillips to address Friends of Wildlife
Harry Phillips, environmental biologist with the City of Cape Coral Division of Environmental Conserva-tion, will be the guest speaker at the Jan. 12, Cape Coral Friends of Wildlife meeting, 7 p.m., at Rotary Park En-vironmental Center, 5505 Rose Garden Road, Cape Coral. He will speak on invasive and exotic plants.
