Senior Day set for Dec. 3 at United Plaza

Senior Day, a free community event open to the public will be held on Dec. 3, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at United Plaza in North Fort Myers.

The event is geared toward seniors and will offer a wide variety of opportunities -something for everyone!

Information will cover a variety of subjects including retirement planning, health and wellness senior services, medical testing, health screenings, disease prevention and testing, stop smoking help, home health care, skilled care and senior living communities, funeral planning, to holistic health and exercise, dance demonstrations, golf carts, yoga, travel and cruises, fire safety, boating safety and volunteer opportunities, voting, spiritual matters, life coaches, financial and legal tips.
