Town hall meeting scheduled on North Fort Myers Surface Water Management Plan

Commissioner Tammy Hall and the Lee County Division of Natural Resources will conduct a town hall meeting to update the North Fort Myers Surface Water Management Plan on Monday April 25, from 6 to 7:30 pm. The meeting will be held at Community of Christ Church, 368 Herron Road, in North Fort Myers.
The meeting will update the public about the study findings and discuss the road map to implement the study recommendations. The project focus area includes North Fort Myers from U.S. 41 east to S.R. 31; and from the Lee/Charlotte County boundary south to the Caloosahatchee River.
The meeting will be conducted in two parts. From 6 to 6:30 p.m. county staff will present a PowerPoint presentation of the work completed. There will be opportunity for Q&A from the public after that presentation.
