FDOT announces intermittent road closures tonight for work on Little Pine Island Bridge
MATLACHA, Fla. – There will be intermittent bridge closures tonight, Monday, March 3, through early morning, Tuesday, March 4, on the Little Pine Island Bridge for repairs to the road plate on the east side of the bridge. For the safety of the traveling public, crews will close both lanes of traffic intermittently to complete the work. The repairs will begin at midnight and take approximately an hour to complete. Crews on site will allow emergency vehicles to pass if needed.
