RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE FIRE IN SAINT JAMES CITY
In the early hours of August 6, 2021, E-151, E-152, E-153, E-154, Captain-150, PI-1, PI-2, PI-3, and Medic-10 were dispatched to a residential structure fire in St. James City off of Date St. The caller advised that the structure was fully involved next to their own home. Upon arrival, crews quickly got the fire under control and protected the adjacent house. They were able to prevent it from catching fire as well. The original structure is a total loss, and the adjacent house was limited to damage to siding and soffit. No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation by the State Fire Marshal.
