The Pine Island Independence Day Parade was held Saturday July 3. American Legion Post #136 sponsoed the parade to celebrate the birthday of America.

The parade stepped off from the Winn-Dixie parking lot and progressed north to the four-way stop at the Center and then west to the Elks Lodge parking lot.
