More than two dozen locals were at Matlacha Bridge Clean Water Rally Saturday, July 3. The Matlacha rally was held in conjunction with three other local Clean Water bridge rallies held at Sanibel Causeway, Matanzas Pass Bridge and Fowler Street Bridge in Fort Myers.

In addition to holding signs and waving to the cars that past, the group also had Right to Clean Water petitions available for signing. By signing the five petitions found on FL5.org, Floridians may get the opportunity to have a more direct voice in keeping Florida’s unique environment healthy.
