Breast Health Caravan to visit Beacon of HOPE April this Monday
The Breast Health Caravan will be at the Beacon of HOPE Monday, April 17, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Beacon of HOPE is at 5090 Doug Taylor Circle (behind SunTrust Bank), St. James City.
Private, no-cost breast examinations by a volunteer provider will be available.
Other services include the intake process with bilingual case manager for qualification for mammogram, one-on-one breast health education, no cost screening mammogram and informational hand-out packets.
To qualify you must live in Lee County, no health insurance and household living up to and including 250 percent of Federal Poverty Guidelines
Participants must bring with them: valid Lee County photo ID, Social Security Card and proof of income for entire household (tax returns, pay stubs, W-2).
