Hannon to speak at SJCCA meeting Feb. 20
The St. James City Civic Association will hold its next monthly membership meeting Monday, Feb. 20, at 7 p.m. The guest speaker will be Michael Hannon, a District of Columbia lawyer who recently moved to Matlacha. He is an experienced trial and appellate attorney that began his legal career as an assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia. Before founding Hannon law group, Hannon was a partner with Thompson O’Donnell LLP for 18 years.
He will be speaking about the legal battle against Cape Coral’s attempt at annexing parts of Matlacha.
The meeting is preceded by a potluck supper at 6 pm, everyone’s invited, just bring a dish to share and your place setting.
