First Baptist Church’s 7th Annual Seafood Feast and Festival Saturday

The First Baptist Church of St. James City will hold its 7th annual Seafood Feast and Festival this Saturday, Dec. 3, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
“We had such a wonderful turnout last year with more than 600 people, we’re hoping for the same this year,” organizer Teri Clementi said. “I would like to invite everyone on Pine Island and Matlacha to join us for our annual Seafood Feast. This event is open to the entire community and is absolutely free. We will have the freshest fish, shrimp, french fries, hush puppies, cole slaw and all the fixin’s – plus desserts and beverages. Special activities are planned for the children! Everyone on the Island & their friends are invited.”
She went on to add, “Billy Cass and his band performs in the new outdoor pavilion and we will have a bounce house and many other activities for the kids. Everyone is invited to this wonderful annual event.”
The feast and festival will be held on the church grounds at 3417 8th Ave., on the the corner of Oleander Street and 8th Avenue), in St. James City.
