Elks’ 21st Annual Golf Scramble Saturday
The Greater Pine Island Elks Charitable Trust, a 501c3e charitable organization, will be having its 21st Annual Golf Scramble at Alden Pines Golf Course. The shotgun start is at 8 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 5.
The cost if $50 per player and includes golf fees, golf cart, lunch and two beverages at the Elks Lodge following the event. There will be goodie bags for the players, door prizes and prizes for the winners, along with closest to the pin and closest to the line.
Last year the Elks Trust donated in excess of $11,000 to charities on Pine Island.
Anyone wishing to play, donate or sponsor a hole can pick up an application at the Elks Lodge on Pine Island Monday, Wednes-day or Friday, between 5-8 p.m., or stop by Century 21 Realty Plaza on String-fellow Road or call Chairman Leroy Lippmann at 239-851-6543 for information.
