From April 4-12, members of Pine Island Community Church will be building houses for Servants in Fellowship located in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti.

Haitians are still recovering from the earthquake that devastated the island four years ago. Tent cities are still populated with the homeless and displaced. Pastor Heidi Grueser said, “It is so important to extend our hearts and love across our borders and help our brothers and sisters when the need arises.”

This is Pine Island Community Church’s first overseas mission trip. The team has been raising money to go and to leave with the Haitian mission to ensure the building continues long after they arrive back home since January.

The congregation at Pine Island Community Church would like to thank the island community for supporting all of its fund-raisers and for generous donations to support our mission trip.
