5th Annual Blessing of the Fleet April 13
The 5th Annual Blessing of the Fleet, sponsored by the Bokeelia Boat Club and co-sponsored by Tow Boat US, will be held Sunday, April 13, at 2 p.m., in front of the Tow Boat US docks at the end of Porta Bello St., Bokeelia.
Boaters wishing to participate should be in Jug Creek in front of Tow Boat US by 1:45 p.m.
This centuries old ecumenical blessing will be performed by a member of the island clergy and is meant to ensure a safe and bountiful season.
All boaters are welcome.
