Final Family Fun Night of season Saturday at Sun Splash
Sun Splash Family Waterpark in Cape Coral will be holding its final Family Fun Night of the season Saturday, Aug. 10, from 5:30-8:30 p.m.
Admission for the special evening hours event are $7 per person for Cape residents, $9 for non-residents or $3 per person for same-day park guests. Sun Splash season pass holders will be admitted free.
During the Family Fun Night, all of the parks featured attractions – slides, pools and more – will be open. Plus there will be food specials and prize drawings throughout the evening.
The 14-acre park offers breathtaking water slides – X-Celerator, Terror Tube and Thunder Bump – and flumes, a pool, the “lazy river” and fun for smaller swimmers, including child-sized slides, a tot spot and a rain tree.
Guests can also play volleyball, enjoy an ice cream cone or a bite to eat at the Calypso Cafe or pick up a Cape souvenir at the Sun Trader Gift Shop.
Now through the park’s final operating day of the season – Sept. 29, the park will be open Saturdays and Sundays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The park will also be open Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 2, from 10 a.m.to 5 p.m.
General admission rates for the waterpark are, Cape residents – $14.95 for adults and $12.95 for children 2-12 and seniors (60+), and non-residents, $17.95 for adults and $15.95 for children and seniors.
