Socks

This handsome Manx kitty is another island resident. Lost? Abandoned? We have no idea. We do know that he is super sweet and attention starved. His thick soft fur just begs you to run your fingers through it. When he looks at you with those big eyes you can’t help but stop what you’re doing and give him a cuddle. Socks wants you to know that he is no trouble at all. He is purrfectly content to curl up in a soft spot until you are ready to have your lap warmed. Just call Helping Paws Animal Sanctuary at 239-283-9100 to meet this wonderful kitty.

Olive Oil

This is Olive Oil, but she’s fine with just Olive. She is around 4 years-old and was originally surrendered to Animal Services. I found her there sad in her cage and I couldn’t resist bringing her to the shelter. She enjoys her freedom with us and when she isn’t playing, she finds a nice basket to nap in. She loves attention and would love to have a family to bond with. If you are interested call us at 239-283-9100.

Thea

I probably don’t even need to write anything this week. The picture says it all! This little munchkin is the last of her litter. Even though she is missing her playmates, she finds plenty to do! Everything is a toy and there simply aren’t enough hours in the day to get all the playing done. She was born on New Year’s Day, putting her in the running for the first kitten of the year. Thea is all kitten, so if you think you’re up to the challenge give us a call at 239-283-9100. Helping Paws has visiting hours daily from 5-7 p.m., except Mondays and Wednesdays when we are closed.
