The cast and crew of the 2013 Variety Show at the Pine Island Resort/KOA donated the net proceeds of the show to the KOA Care Camps for kids with cancer.
The show was in the true tradition of Bob Hope, played by Tony Riccio. It included such luminaries as Bing Crosby, Jerry Colonna and Dorothy Lamour.
Special guests were Connie Francis, Elvis Presley, the Andrew Sisters, Spike Jones Band, Gene Krupa,, Phyllis Diller and pin up girls Lana Turner, Marilyn Monroe, Betty Grable and actress Betty Davis, to name a few.
The clubhouse was decorated with photos of our veterans in the park and ended with a tribute to all veterans.
