Pine Island Art Association short classes
This winter The Pine Island Art Association will offer three six or eight-week courses designed specifically for students interested in developing basic drawing and painting skills, taught by Pine island artist, Dianna Willman.
These small classes will provide many opportunities for individual instruction. Early registration is advised. All classes meet in the Pine Island Art Association Building in Matlacha Community Park, 4577 Pine Island Road, Matlacha, just west of the new Pine Island Bridge.

Drawing with Dianna: Have fun developing basic skills in perspective, proportions and composition. The class will include figures, landscapes, still life, etc. The six week class will be held on Fridays from 12:30-3:30 p.m. from Jan. 4-Feb 15, with no class on Feb. 8. The fee is $65 for members.
Portraits with Dianna: Step by step class to painting a portrait is an eight-week course held on Tuesdays from 1-4 p.m. from Jan. 8-Feb. 26. The fee is $75 for members.
Beginning Watercolor: This 8-week class with possibility of follow-on will be held every Friday from 12:30-3:30 p.m. from Feb. 22 April 12. The fee is $75 for members.
