Rockin’ Rocktoberfest Oct. 22
St. James City is ready to rock! The first annual St. James City Rocktoberfest is set to kick-off at noon on Saturday, October 22. Throughout the city, starting at Froggy’s and heading south, there will be vendors, raffle prizes to be won, a scavenger hunt, an awesome kids zone featuring a rock wall, bungee jump, jousting, bounce house, water walking balls and carnival games. And, of course, rockin’ music! The music begins at 1 p.m. and continues throughout the day and into the evening. Bands will be playing at Froggy’s, Low Key Tiki, Ragged Ass Saloon and Woody’s Waterside. St. James City businesses have chipped in to make this a great festival and, hopefully, a yearly event. Those involved include: Froggy’s, Low Key Tiki, Ragged Ass Saloon, Two Fish Inn, York Road Marine, Waterfront Restaurant, KOA, Monroe Canal Marina, Old Pine Island Marina, Woody’s Waterside and Bob & Annie’s Boatyard.
