DUI arrest update
Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:
On Dec. 13, 2010, at approximately 12:20 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Elizabeth Ann Harris, D.O.B. 01/23/80 of 8751 Wesleyan
Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Cypress Lake Dr & Reflection Pkwy, Fort Myers, Florida.

On Dec. 14, 2010, at approximately 03:00 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Colin T. Fortin, D.O.B. 07/23/54 of 1871 Collier Ave, Fort
Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 2776 Cleveland Ave,
Fort Myers, Florida.
