Tropical Storm Fiona Sept. 1 advisory 8 a.m.
At 8 a.m. AST, Fiona is moving toward the west-northwest near 15 MPH. A gradual turn toward the northwest is expected to occur later today. On the forecast track, the center of Fiona should pass near or just north of the northernmost Leeward Islands later this morning and afternoon.
Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 140 miles mostly to the northeast of the center.
