Hookers helping seniors
Earlier this month, members of the Matlacha Hookers presented a check representing the proceeds from its recent Hooked on Seniors Golf Scramble held at Alden Pines in Bokeelia. Present for the presentation were Hooker, Nicole Lauber, Pattie Scott and betsy Haesemeyer from the Beacon of HOPE, event organizer, DJ Ruscik and Robin Lilly, Hooker Madam. The funds presented to the Beacon will be used for senior services on Pine Island.
