Mariners announce scholarship winners

The Matlacha Mariners were pleased to present five scholarships to deserving college bound Pine Island students.
The Matlacha Mariners are proud to announce the winners of our 2010 Scholarship Program. There were more applicants this year than ever before and with so many deserving candidates, we decided to increase the number of scholarships from four to five. The winners, from left to right are Luke Whitaker, Caleb Davis, Brandi Schulte, Kaitlin Smith and (not pictured) Kati Welch. Making the presentations are Ron Mayhew, Ross Stornello and Larry Scharnberger.
