Hammond Stadium to host Family Night

Lee County Sports Complex/Hammond Stadium will be opening its doors on Thursday, Jan. 7 for Family Night In, a support group program for special needs individuals.

Parents of children with disabilities sometimes need “Adult Time”. Come join other parents at our center to share stories and experiences. The children will be enjoying some playtime in a supervised recreation setting. Siblings are invited. The cost is $5 per family. Each month, the program is located at a different Lee County Parks and Recreation facility from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Pre-registration is suggested. Jan. 7 – Hammond Stadium, 14100 Ben C. Pratt/Six Mile Cypress Parkway, Fort Myers.

Feb. 4 – Olga Community Center

March 6 – Matlacha

April 1 – Six Mile Slough

May 6 – Alva Community Center

June 3 – North Fort Myers Community Center

July 1 – Estero Community Center

Aug. 5 – Schandler Hall Community Center

Sept.. 2 – WaKe Hatchee Rec.

Oct. 7 – Veteran’s Recreation Center

Nov. 4 – Rutenberg Park

Dec. 2 – Lakes Park
