DUI arrest update
Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:
*On Aug. 31, 2009, at approximately 1:00 a..m, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Eric Daniel Pimentel Santiago, D.O.B. 07/28/78 of 969
Grand Blvd, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1920
Boy Scout Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.
*On Aug. 31, 2009, at approximately 4:04 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Noe Abimael Cruz Ambrozio, D.O.B. 09/08/83 of 4280
Desoto Ave, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Palm
Beach Blvd/West Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.
* On Sept. 1, 2009, at approximately 7:53 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Luis Gabriel Gonzalez, D.O.B. 07/05/76 of 7281 NW 174th
Terrace, Hialeah, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 17747 San Carlos Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.
* On Sept. 2, 2009, at approximately 10:35 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Mathew Allen, D.O.B. 03/09/78 of 10026 Horse Creek Rd, Rd/Country Club Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.
* On Sept. 3, 2009, at approximately 12:49 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Peter Joseph Ennis, D.O.B. 07/01/68 of 20301 Grande Oak Shoppes, Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Ben Hill
Griffen/Miramar Lakes, Fort Myers, Florida.
* On Sept. 3, 2009, at approximately 7:53 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Stephen Jay Baugh, D.O.B. 10/23/63 of 12572 Panniki
Ave, Punta Gorda, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Palm Beach
Blvd & Pine, Alva, Florida.
* On Sept. 3, 2009, at approximately 8:10 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Antonio Nathanial Harris, D.O.B. 01/15/65 of 1898 Ixora Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 33 Crescent Lake Dr, North Fort Myers, Florida.
* On Sept. 3, 2009, at approximately 11:38 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Rosalio Pedro Igancio, D.O.B. 06/05/86 of 9004 Somerset
Lane, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Illinois
Ave/Indiana St, Bonita Springs, Florida.
* On Sept. 4, 2009, at approximately 1:56 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Ricky Joseph Bush, D.O.B. 09/22/66 of 5525 Avenida
Pescadora, Fort Myers Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of
128 Delmar Ave, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
* On Sept. 4, 2009, at approximately 5:03 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Natalie Elaine Baker, D.O.B. 05/17/82 of 15761 Sonoma Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 13681 Doctors Way, Fort Myers, Florida.
* On Sept. 4, 2009, at approximately 7:17 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Christopher E. McGlone, D.O.B. 09/10/64 of 18264
Mantanzas Rd, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of
18731 Three Oaks Pkwy, Fort Myers, Florida.
* On Sept. 4, 2009, at approximately 9:36 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Melissa Lee Hulvey, D.O.B. 10/08/67 of 20129 Sherrill Lane, Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Ben Hill Griffen/Lake Pkwy, Fort Myers, Florida.
* On Sept. 4, 2009, at approximately 10:11 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Jean Marc Keir Bovee, D.O.B. 11/01/71 of 19388 La
Serena Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Ben Hill
Griffen Pkwy & Alico Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.
* On Sept. 4, 2009, at approximately 11:45 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Daniel P. Peterson, D.O.B. 04/02/53 of 8381 Winged Foot
Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Three Oaks
Pkwy/Winged Foot Pkwy, Fort Myers, Florida.
* On Sept. 5, 2009, at approximately 12:32 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Anthony Escobedo, D.O.B. 09/10/78 of 20944 Island Sound Cr, Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Ben Hill Pkwy/Everblades Pkwy, Fort Myers, Florida.
* On Sept. 5, 2009, at approximately 01:43 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of I-75 & Alico Rd, Myers, Florida.
* On Sept. 5, 2009, at approximately 2:02 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Max McRae Morris, D.O.B. 12/29/86 of 12130 Lucca St,
Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Alico Rd/Lee Rd,
Fort Myers, Florida.
* On Sept. 5, 2009, at approximately 2:11 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Kevin Sean Yager, D.O.B. 07/13/83 of 27178 Alhambra Dr, Punta Gorda, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bayshore Rd &
Samville Dr, North Fort Myers, Florida.
* On Sept. 5, 2009, at approximately 2:16 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Luis Felipe Alba De La Cruz, D.O.B. 05/19/82 of 547
Windermere Dr, :Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of
Olive Ave N & Sunshine Blvd, Lehigh Acres, Florida.
* On Sept. 5, 2009, at approximately 9:13 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Debora L. Edwards, D.O.B. 02/10/64 of 15550 Thornton
Rd, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of McGregor
Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.
* On Sept. 6, 2009, at approximately 2:08 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Bryan Joseph Collins, D.O.B. 07/11/86 of 16991 Laurelin
Ct, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Indian Creek
Dr/Bayshore Rd, North Fort Myers, Florida.
* On Sept. 6, 2009, at approximately 7:01 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Nicholas James Luker, D.O.B. 11/08/86 of 4175 NE 13th
Way, St Petersburg, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 15550
Sonoma Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.
* On Sept. 6, 2009, at approximately 7:47 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Brian Kent Howell, D.O.B. 10/07/65 of 1840 Lafayette St,
Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of N Cleveland Ave &
Hancock Bridge Pkwy, North Fort Myers, Florida.

A 9-1-1 caller reporting a drunk driver and acknowledging the “Mobile Eyes” program becomes eligible for a $100 dollar reward if the impaired driver is stopped by law enforcement and arrested for DUI.
