Reverend Raven to perform tonight at Bert’s Bar
Reverend Raven will be performing tonight, June 17, at Bert’s Bar, starting at 7:30 p.m.
The Chicago/Milwaukee-based regional blues band tours the Midwest blues (Buddy Guys, Whiskey Junction, Grand Emporium, Blues on Grand, Slippery Noodle, Memphis Smoke, Jambalaya’s) and festival circuit.
The band has performed at such events as Bayfront Blues Festival/Duluth, Minn.; Big Bulls/Wausau, Wis.; Hot Licks Blues Festival/Granville, Ohio; Bean Blossom Blues Festival/Bean Blossom, Ind.; Summerfest/Milwaukee (every year for 6 years); Fox Valley/Kaukauna, Wis.; Kalamazoo/Kalamazoo, Mich. (recorded as a CD on the Blues Highway Label); Bowlful of Blues/Newton, Iowa; Court Yard Blues Festival/Des Moines, Iowa; Fredricksburg, Md.; Prairie Du Chien, Wis.; Dodgeville, Wis.; Fort Dodge, Iowa; Fort Smith, Ark.; and many more.
The band has released four CDs: Slow Burn; Little Milton, Blues is Alright “Live at Kalamazoo;” Live at Blues on Grand; and Big Bee.
