Learn to crochet and knit classes
If you would like a hobby you can use when waiting in a doctor’s office or at the airport or while riding in a car, how about learning to crochet or knit?
Our projects are easy and you learn at your own pace. The classes are held each Monday afternoon from 1:30 to 3 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of the First Baptist Church of Pine Island, next to the elementary school, 5363 Avenue D, BOkeelia.
Project choices include knitting or crocheting dishcloths, crocheting tops of kitchen towels, making a simple granny square baby blanket or something of your choice. Dishcloths require a size G or H crochet hook or a size 8 set of knitting needles and a ball of cotton yarn.
