Christmas in July: CW Fudge to celebrate early
Islanders will get a chance to experience a taste of winter a little early this weekend, July 20 and 21, when CW Fudge Factory hosts its annual Christmas in July celebration.
Co-owner William Tidball will create more than a dozen “seasonal” flavors for the preview event. Last year’s flavors included Banana Bread Fudge, Butterscotch Salted Caramel, Cherries Jamboree, Key Lime Truffle and many more.
“Santa will be here both days along with his elves to help customers sample a wide variety of holiday flavors,” Tidball said. “Although we will have lots of fudge, we will also have a wide range of popcorn flavors.”
Including the new holiday flavors, CW Fudge has a total of 30+ fudge flavors, plus truffles and other assorted candies as well as gifts unique to Pine Island/Matlacha.
