Island Laundry under new ownership
Island Laundry is under the new ownership of Dennis Lesavich as of last August. Island Laundry is located in the Winn-Dixie Shopping Center in St. James City.
“We expanded the hours to 9-7 Monday through Saturday and 10-5 on Sunday,” Lesavich said. “We have also done a lot with the inside. We increased the number of dryers from 6 to 20 dryers. The number of washing machines from 9 to 16 and we’ve added super large machines for comforters. We also have wash and fold service.”
Lesavich also added dry cleaning and dog grooming to the services provided.
“We have an excellent dog groomer and dog grooming is by appointment only,” Lesavich said. “Also, outside the rear door I have installed a self-service dog wash.”
