Make a child’s Christmas bright at Raymary businesses

2 min read

Bill and Deb Lytle owners and the employees of Palm Plaza, 7573 Raymary St., Bokeelia, are sponsoring a Christmas toy drive to give back to the customers who have supported them since 2005.

Families in need of help for presents to give their children can come into Raymary Street Grill open seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. or Bokeelia Buck General Store open Tuesday through Sunday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and give information on the ages of their children and include lists of what they would like if they have some ideas. The family will be assigned a number and placed on the Christmas tree in Raymary Street Grill. Island residents wishing to adopt a family for the Christmas Holiday can come into the restaurant and pick a family off the tree. They will be given a gift slip stating the family number and ages of the children to purchase presents for. If you cannot do the shopping for presents, cash donations will be accepted and our staff will purchase the gifts for you. We are asking that all presents be wrapped and brought into the restaurant or store by Dec. 22, by 7 p.m. As a thank you to the residents who adopt a family you will be given one coupon for each child in the family they have adopted for 10 percent off any item purchased at Bokeelia Buck.

If you have any questions please call the Raymary Street Grill at 239-283-0733 or Bokeelia Buck at 239-464-0437.
