Miceli’s contribute to From Our Hearts
After hosting a very successful fund raiser, the owners of Miceli’s Restaurant in Matlacha, presented a donation to the members of From Our Hearts.
“We are very thankful to have had the opportunity to help support the efforts of From Our Hearts,” said Vinny Miceli. “This event was so successful that we will be happy to do it again next year.”
Miceli presented a check in the amount of $1,000 to Karen Washburn and Marci Perry with From Our Hearts. The funds were raised during the recent OktoberBreast event that was staged at Miceli’s.
“It was a great day with a wonderful turnout and we are very grateful for the support of the Miceli family,” said Washburn.
“Proceeds raised by From Our Hearts, a non-profit, island based organization, are used to support breast cancer care through Partners in Breast Cancer Care. For more information about From our Hearts, visit fromourheart.org
