Earth & Spirit Garden Gallery opens

This upcoming Florida’s Creative Coast Weekend will see the opening of a new business at 5425 Maria Drive in St. James. Owners Diane and Scott Lampitt have chosen this special two-day extravaganza to introduce their Earth & Spirit Garden Gallery LLC to the community.
According to Diane, their business has something special setting it apart.
“The mission of our gallery is to restore and nurture the natural landscape of Southwest Florida. It is to honor the dignity of workers, farmers and artisans through fair trade practices and resources. We also partner with local businesses, organizations, and people to bring together a collective spirit of community.”

It reads in part:
– (A) retail nursery nestled within a sacred natural setting
– Specializes in custom landscape design, installation and maintenance
– Creates and installs waterfalls and fountains
– Provides educational programs, seminars, retreats and demonstrations
– Offers a wide variety of creative outdoor sculpture
Diane said she and her husband have been residents of Pine Island for the past 10 years and of Lee County for a total of 30 years. She also said Scott brings more than 25 years of experience in landscaping and creates metal works of art, and she describes herself as having “a passion in the area of imagination and creativity.”
A wide range of native plants can be found at Earth & Spirit Garden Gallery. Among them are trees of all kinds, including palms, as well as shrub, sea oats, orchids, wildflowers, herbs, aquatic and coastal plants.
Numerous decorative objects also can be found in their “gallery,” such as outdoor art, metal sculpture, ceramic pots, container gardens, arbors, trellis and other items to enliven the garden also can be found there, as well as artwork from local artists.
According to Diane, visitors on their grand opening days, Friday and Saturday, of the Creative Coast Weekend, will receive a free gift and sign up for a free drawing.
“Our gallery celebrates the earth and the gifts we have been given for the life of the world,” Diane added.
