Lombardo to conduct a watercolor workshop for Order of the Golden Brush
The St. James City Civic Association’s painting group, Order of the Golden Brush, invites members and non-members to a neurographic watercolor workshop on April 5, from 1-4 p.m.
Zan Lombardo, Pine Island artist, is known for painting 30-foot watercolors full of poetry, jewell-like colors and blooms.
Lombardo will lead a make-and-take workshop using an art therapy technique that strengthens neurons and is as pleasurable and calming as walking a labyrinth.
No drawing skills needed. The cost is $30.
Materials to bring: 9 X 12 watercolor paper, palette, brushes, medium sharpie.
