Elks to hold Annual St. Patty’s Day Party Thursday

The leprechauns are on our side, bringing us rainbows and merriment for St. Patrick’s Day. If you are making plans to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in proper Irish style, then look no further than the Annual St. Patty’s Day Party at the Greater Pine Island Elks Lodge for some great, local Irish fun!

The Greater Pine Island Elks Lodge 2781, located at 5630 Pine Island Road in Bokeelia, will be hosting its Annual St. Patrick’s Day Party on Thursday, March 17, from noon to 6 p.m. The party will feature a corned beef dinner or sandwiches with Irish favorites including draft beer, wine and soda. Traditional Irish music will provide authentic entertainment for the afternoon.

“Our traditional St. Patty’s Day Party is always filled with Irish fun, music and great company. It is a wonderful way for members and the residents of the Pine Island community to enjoy an afternoon of quality Irish food, entertainment and a joyful atmosphere,” said Greater Pine Island Elks Exalted Ruler Everett Goodwin, III. “We invite everyone to join us and feel the true charm of St. Patrick’s Day within the Greater Pine Island Elks Lodge.”
