Yoga classes resume at Matlacha Community Center
Yoga Fit and Baptiste Power Yoga classes resume with a new schedule at the Matlacha Community Center, 4577 Pine Island Road.
Yoga Fit class will be from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. Wednesdays beginning Dec. 1. Baptiste Power Yoga class will be from 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Thursdays beginning Dec. 2. The cost for each class is $15 per person for ages 18 and up.
Yoga Fit provides time for participants to breathe, warm up, work out and cool down with guided meditation and relaxation.
Baptist Power Yoga class is based on the Journey into Power sequence that provides experienced students with classic yoga postures the opportunity to practice a strong flow with emphasis on balance, core strength, and flexibility.
