Beacon of Hope Veterans Outreach Program to resume Dec. 3
The Veterans Outreach Program is once again starting Friday, Dec. 3, at the Beacon of Hope. This will continue the first Friday of every month from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The continued objective is to serve veterans that need advice or enrollment in one of the VA programs.
Staff members at the Beacon of Hope can often help veterans with the complicated process by using the expertise of the Lee County Veterans Service Manager accompanied by a Pine Island veteran to help guide them through the system.
