Sign-ups continue for Half Century Plus Softball league in Cape Coral
A new senior softball league, Half Century Plus Softball, is now being formed to play on Monday and Wednesday evenings in Cape Coral.
Players must be at least 50-plus years of age, and drafted onto teams. Everyone who joins will be drafted on a team. There is a $60 player fee.
This is a self-governed league following rules as per ASA/USA Adult Slow-Pitch, High-Arc Rules. Games are being played at the Strausser BMX Sport Complex at 1410 S.W. 6th Place, off Skyline Boulevard, in Cape Coral.
It is a 30-game season, with a Sept. 8, start date, and ending date of Dec. 20.
