Public invited to Elks’ Come and See Event Saturday
The Greater Pine Island Elks Lodge 2781 is hosting a Come and See Event this Saturday, May 15, at 5630 Pine Island Road, Bokeelia.
This special event is open to the public.
Burgers or grilled chicken sandwiches will be served from noon to 3 p.m., and Diamond and Gems will provide entertainment from 2-5 p.m.
The Elks has an important role in improving the quality of life for its members, the island community and all veterans. Elks’ programs help island children through camp opportunities, scholarships and much more. The lodge offers social activities as well as opportunities to make lasting friendships by working together to achieve Elks’ goals.
