The Matlacha Hookers will once again bring island spirit to Pine Island with the 14th Annual Island Luau, scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 22, from 1-5 p.m., at the St. James City Civic Center. The popular 21-and-over fundraiser benefits Beacon of Hope Senior Programs and is one of the island’s most anticipated annual events. The Island Luau combines tropical entertainment with a strong local mission.
