The Cape Coral Police Department is on scene of a hit-and-run crash on Coronado Parkway at the intersection of El Dorado Parkway. As of 11:24 a.m, the southbound lanes are affected. The hit-and-run driver fled on foot, and is described as a white male around 30 years old, heavyset, black hair (buzzcut), wearing no shirt and black shorts. He was last seen in a canal in the 5100 block of Atlantic Court. Please avoid the area and seek an alternate route if driving, and please call CCPD at (239) 574-3223 or 911 if you have information on the at-large driver.
