NW 2nd Street will be Closed/Local traffic only from NW 36th Avenue to NW 37th Place until further notice. Follow detour signs.

NW 1st Terrace will be Closed/Local traffic only from NW 36th Avenue to NW 37th Place until further notice. Follow detour signs.

NW 36th Avenue

NW 36th Avenue will be Closed/Local traffic only from NW 1st Terrace to NW 2nd Street until further notice. Follow detour signs.

CONTRACT 1

Embers Parkway (Traffic Shift)

Embers Parkway – Both Westbound lanes of Embers Parkway will be closed beginning March 12, 2018 until further notice. Eastbound lanes of Embers Parkway East will be reduced to one-lane in each direction until further notice.

Embers Parkway from Old Burnt Store Road to Burnt Store Road Diversion onto eastbound lanes/ 2 lanes, 2-way traffic. Until further notice.

Old Burnt Store Road

Old Burnt Store Road from Embers Parkway to Ceitus Parkway Diversion onto northbound lanes/ 2 lanes, 2-way traffic. Until further notice.

CONTRACT 2

Ceitus Parkway

Old Burnt Store Road/Ceitus Parkway Eastbound Lane Closed until further notice. Westbound lane converted to two-lane, one-lane in each direction.

CONTRACT 5

Chiquita Boulevard

Chiquita Boulevard – Both Northbound lanes of Chiquita Boulevard traffic will merge onto the Southbound Chiquita Boulevard to the west where traffic will be reduced to one-lane in each direction between Pine Island Road to NW 4th Street until work is compete.

CONTRACT 6

Tropicana Parkway

Effective May 31st Tropicana Parkway East and West will be closed from NW 3rd Place to Nelson Road until further notice. Local traffic only. Follow detour signs. Nelson Road will remain open.

CONTRACT 9

Santa Barbara Boulevard

Northbound and Southbound lanes of Santa Barbara Boulevard North will be closed to all traffic between and including the intersections of NE & NW 8th Terrace, NE & NW 6th Street and Tropicana Boulevard until work is complete. Follow detour signs.

Tropicana Parkway

Eastbound and Westbound lanes of Tropicana Parkway will be closed starting at NW 3rd Place to Andalusia Boulevard until work is complete. Local traffic only will merge onto the Westbound lanes where traffic will be reduced to one-lane in each direction. Follow detour signs.

Motorists are advised to use caution and expect delays while crews perform utilities construction work.

Some sidewalks may be closed within the project area and pedestrians and bicyclists may be detoured. This schedule may be subject to change due to inclement weather and unforeseen underground conditions. Drivers, bicyclists and pedestrians should use caution.
