Lee County Sheriff’s Office to hold Job Fair this Saturday

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office has openings for Law Enforcement Deputies, Corrections Deputies, Communications Operators, and Corrections Clerks. We are also offering Academy Sponsorship to become Law Enforcement or Corrections Deputies. Learn more tomorrow, Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Sheriff’s Office Headquarters, 14750 Ben C. Pratt Six-Mile Cypress Parkway in Fort Myers.
In addition to learning about the job opportunities, there will be many specialty units of the agency displaying their equipment, answering questions and performing demonstrations to include: the Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit, C.E.R.T. (Corrections Emergency Response Team), SRO (School Resource Officers), Underwater Operation Unit, Agricultural Unit Buggy, Public Services, Communications Division, Traffic Enforcement, the Mobile Communications and Command Center, and more.
Personnel from our Human Resources Division will be on-hand to answer questions, as well as expedite the application process by conducting an applicant pre-screen to see if you qualify.
