City launches online application for water and sewer services
The city of Cape Coral has launched its new online water and sewer application, making the process to establish utility services more convenient for customers. Using the new online service application, customers can complete the order for service and attach any required documents to the application.
Cape Coral’s Customer Billing Services Division and Information Technology Department worked together to develop an online application that would simplify the process for the customer as well as city staff. To access the online water and sewer service application, go to www.capecoral.net. On the menu bar at the top of the page under “I Want to,” select “Apply for” and then “Water and Sewer Service.”
The city is testing a similar online application to allow customers to “disconnect service,” which should be “live” soon. An online application also is being developed for customers in the utility extension areas where they can submit the required paperwork for permits to connect to the system. This application is still in the early stages of review.
