Prayer box ministry

To the editor:

We are excited to be expanding our prayer ministry to the community of Pine Island. Each week, we have a group that meets to pray for people’s needs on the island and surrounding communities.

The mail boxes are for your convenience. Just stop by and place your request in the box. God knows who you are. If you wish to have someone contact you, leave your name, address and phone number. Your privacy will be respected.

The mail boxes are located in front of the Pine Island Methodist Church across from the Fire Station on Pine Island Road and behind the church near the parking lot in front of LEC and Wesley Hall.

We also like to hear praise reports and answers to prayers. God loves you.
