Verlin L. Haywald
Verlin L. Haywald, of St. James City, Florida and Waterford, Michigan died September 23, 2014 at 94 years of age. Born October 11, 1919 in Pontiac to the late John and Agnes Haywald. Beloved husband of the late Lucille W. Haywald; loving father of Clifford (the late Lee Haywald) and Dennis and Helen Haywald; dearest grandfather of Bethany, Laura (Mike), Dana (David), Brian, James Haywald (Teresa), Jerry (Elisabeth) and the late Brad (Lisa). Also survived by many great grandchildren. Mr. Haywald retired from General Motors, Pontiac Division, after 37 years of service. In his free time, Bud loved to fly remote control model airplanes with his friend, Dick, and go boating and fishing. A funeral service was held in Waterford, Michigan, and he was buried next to his wife, Lucille, at All Saints Cemetery.
